Landed in London

My husband and daughter have landed in London this morning, good news.  Bad news - they have to deal with Heathrow Airport.  Sorry England, but it's just not an easy airport - always the longest wait to do anything or get anywhere. But the good news is British Airways upgraded Tom and Mimi to Club Class!  For being polite?  Saying 'please and thank you'?  I don't know - my flight is going to be cattle car, I know that much.
But they get the pods!  It may look strange, but it's private and isolating - who can say that in steerage?  Best of all they can stretch out and sleep - stretch out!  My husband is 6'4 and Mimi is close to that as well, so this is a big deal.

They have the 'day off' today as they orientate themselves to the hotel and explore a little.
Tomorrow they are off for Mimi's first London college tour, Kingston University.  The fashion program is located on the Knights Park Campus, Kingston Upon Thames.
This will require them to go to the Waterloo Station in London and catch a train to the town of  Surbiton and from there catch a bus to
Kingston University
Knights Park Campus
I can't wait to hear all about it!
