Kingston University
The first pictures were taken on the walk to the campus from the bus stop, these are now the campus and studios
I am noticing the lack of art work in the building. I know it's summer holidays and the students have taken their work home with them - but this is an art school, shouldn't their be art work?
And this is of the train station back to London - Surbiton Station
and this is when they were approaching the school
Today Tom and Mimi have two appointments and tours - Istituto Marangoni and Central Saint Martins. I can't wait to see Central Saint Martins as they have a loft style open concept for their studios which has been called "extraordinary"! I find it amusing to use that word because it says it's 'extra ordinary' yet it means something so special.
The other possible fun part of their day is that Central Saint Martins is located in Kings Cross. My family are huge Harry Potter fans so I am hoping they go into the station! Rumor has it the English have made a
platform 9 3/4 with a trolley half embedded in the wall!
